Ed Hoffman was a mentally disturbed man that had a lot of disabilities. His own family said Ed made up stories throughout his life and was not reputable. He didn't report his "story" until several years later in order to draw attention.

Oswald DID sight in his rifle at a Public rifle range and had attempted to assassinate retired General Walker several months before he murdered JFK. He attempted to kill Walker at night while Walker was sitting in his office. The shot Oswald took brushed the window frame and went slightly over walker’s head and missed. What I find interesting is Jacky put her hand on his chest like she had a zip gun in her hand he looked down and the top right corner of his head blew off throwing his head back which is all in the video she then tossed it to the floor under Conley’s seat by the way he gave several interviews and said that he smelled gunpowder in a convertible with the top down all the way to the hospital doing 70-80 mph and he could smell the gun powder from a rifle that was fired from a window 1/2 block away several stories up yet he could smell the gunpowder just like it was under his seat. After JFK’s head exploded Jacky scrambled to the back of the car grabbed the chunk of scull with hair on it and tried to cover the hole in his head. Now the FBI guy cut out around 3 seconds of the video because there was about a 3 foot circle of blood and brains came out of his head going to the back of the car. I’ve seen the autopsy photos of JFK he had a hole about 6 inches across and it was round not a bullet hole but a 6 inch circle of bone blown out not in on his throat there was a single bullet hole in his neck they also pulled off a 4 inch square of skin off of his neck around the hole. When ask they said they gave him a tracheotomy which they take a scalpel and cut through the skin and insert a tube or hose into the neck to give air or oxygen but his throat and face were ok so they would have just used a mask over his face. But his brains were gone his brother had what was left in his head dumped into a bucket and left with them there are several reports of this. Now the only reason I can see for pealing the skin off of his neck is because there were powder burn on his neck so the skin was removed. If you look at any video of shooting anything like a milk jug, watermelon or ballistic gel the bullet makes a small hole going in and expands going through and makes a big hole coming out just like JFK’s head a small hole in his neck going from the center of his neck to a large hole on the back right side of his head. Now I’ve heard that some say the driver turned around and shot him but with his head looking down it would have just gone through his neck not out the top of his head and not from a building several floors up that shot could have hit Conley’s arm but that would have made a small hole in the back of his head out and blowing his face off. The ice man said he was hiding in the storm drain on the side of the street with a sawed off rifle but I don’t see how he could have hit JFK from where he was. The strangest thing the camera man or the reporter started yelling the presidents been shot and the camera started chasing the limo down the street as the limo disappeared he was still bouncing around running then he showed up at the hospital coming around the cars waiting watching the road coming into the hospital then a few minutes later the limo shows up I didn’t think much about this because that’s the same as TV shows were but then recently I seen the cameras they used they were not small they were the big studio cameras they way hundred of pounds and a were on big tripods with wheels and big cables connected to a van they don’t move very far but they were connected at the hospital. And let’s not forget for years they say there was only one shot fired it went through the back of JFK’s head came out his neck then the bullet went up a couple of feet turned in the air then went down through Conley’s shoulder breaking his arm and coming out his elbow and dropping out. They found the bullet on the floor I can’t remember if it was in the car or the hospital but I think they said it fell to the floor in the hospital and it had come from Oswell’s rifle it was perfect it wasn’t dented or anything after going through bones in 2 people breaking them flying through the air changing directions several times and not a mark on it and for years was always referred to as a magic bullet it’s good that none of the stuff the government said seems to work the way they said

Mark Lane: ‘Although I am personally not a rifle expert, I was able to determine that it was an Italian carbine because printed indelibly upon it are the words “Made Italy” and “Cal. 6.5.” I suggest it is very difficult for a police officer to pick up a weapon which has printed upon it clearly in English “Made Italy, Cal. 6.5” and then the next day draft a sworn affidavit stating that it was in fact a German Mauser, 7.65 millimeters. ‘ Fritz, Weitzman, Boone, and Day all identified the Mauser while still on the 6th floor. The Commission itself never examined Weitzman. Unlike Lane, Weitzman did not have the opportunity to examine or identify the rifle before the Commission. CASE DISMISSED. There were several Oswald imposters. JE Hoover issued a memo in 1960(!) stating that the FBI was aware of the imposters. There was a wallet found at the Tippit scene with Hidell/Oswald ID. In a real-time, run-and-gun frameup job, there can be some messes. Gerald Hill identified automatic .38 shells at the Tippit scene and radioed that the suspect had an "automatic", not a revolver. McDonald gave two VERY different accounts of the Texas Theater arrest, one where he approached Oswald with his gun drawn. Highly unlikely that Oswald would attack an officer with a drawn pistol. Did his thumb webbing stop Oswald’s pistol from firing or was it because the firing pin was bent, or the shell firing cap was dented? All three stories have been put forward by the police in the theater. The closest Tippit witness, Benevides, would NOT identify Oswald as the shooter. The Tippit murder occurred at 1:04-1:06pm. Bowley observed Tippit dead at 1:10; he was not called before the WC. Oswald was in the theater at 1:08. Roger Craig's testimony regarding Oswald's entering the Nash Rambler was corroborated by at least three other witnesses. Why didn't Oswald bring his alleged pistol with him for the assassination???? How would he know that he wouldn't have to shoot his way out of the TSBD???? Geraldine Reid admitted that she was giving Oswald change for the coke machine when the shots rang out. Why did the alleged windbreaker have an LA laundry ticket in it? Because it was Larry Craford's jacket. Why wasn't Oswald ever charged with the attempted murder of a policeman????
